2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the Android game, named Drive Out! in English and Wyjedź! in Polish, and this website. Both names refer to the same application, with package identifier com.driveout.puzzle.

The game does not require registration or an account with us. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or precise GPS location. Game progress is stored on your device. The separate Google services described below may process technical data.

3. Data and purposes

AreaData and use
Gameplay on your deviceLevel, board state, move history, best results, language, hints and rewards, and local gameplay and ad counters. These support saved progress, undo and settings. Our code does not send these game saves to a server.
Google AdMob adsGoogle's SDK may collect IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, Android advertising ID and App Set ID, app and ad interactions, and performance diagnostics. These support ad delivery and measurement, operational analysis and fraud prevention. The scope depends on consent and device settings, among other factors.
Ad privacy choicesIn the production version, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) determines the required privacy form and stores your choices about advertising purposes and providers. Device and region information may be processed to present the appropriate message.
Premium, when purchasing is availableGoogle Play handles payment. The app receives product information, purchase state and identifier, a token and a signed receipt. These verify, acknowledge and restore the entitlement; the receipt is stored locally. We do not receive your card number or Google sign-in credentials.
Email supportYour sender address, message content and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, resolve your issue or handle a data request. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary personal information.
This websiteFirebase Hosting receives your IP address and information needed to handle the web request. This supports page delivery, abuse prevention and operation of the hosting infrastructure.

We have not added a separate Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics integration, a newsletter or a contact collection form to the game or website. The advertising SDK has its own measurement functions. We do not maintain our own database of player profiles or sell game saves.

4. Advertising, consent and the test version

Test version 0.7: automatically loads Google test ads with a request for non-personalised ads. Test ads generate no revenue, and Premium purchases are unavailable. This version does not display the production UMP form. Test ads and the absence of personalisation do not mean that the SDK sends no technical data.

The production version with real ads: uses UMP and, where required, shows a privacy form before requesting ads. You can choose purposes and providers and refuse optional processing. In regions where it is required, reopen the form through Options → Ad privacy settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Refusal may result in limited ads or no ads; basic gameplay remains available. A rewarded ad for an extra hint starts when you choose to watch it. Non-personalised ads may also require consent for particular identifiers, device storage or measurement.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in the relevant Android settings. We do not conduct our own profiling or make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Google may select ads under its own policies and the consent you provide.

6. Recipients

We use Google services for AdMob advertising and UMP consent, Google Play payments when available, Firebase hosting and Gmail email. Data may be received by Google and its infrastructure providers; advertising data may also be received by providers listed in the consent form where the configuration and your choices allow it. We have not added other ad networks or our own account server.

For some processing, Google acts as a processor on our behalf; for other processing it acts as an independent controller under the terms of the relevant service. We may disclose necessary information to authorised authorities where legally required, or to providers assisting with legitimate claims.

Further information: Google's Privacy Policy, data in apps using Google services and Firebase privacy information.

7. Processing outside the EEA

Google operates global infrastructure, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where applicable, Google relies on adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities, or standard contractual clauses and required safeguards.

The mechanisms and information about safeguards are described in Google's data transfer frameworks and Firebase's Data Processing and Security Terms. You can also contact us.

8. Retention

  • Game saves and local settings: until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. The app does not create its own server backup, and Android's automatic data backup is disabled in its configuration.
  • The local Premium receipt: until app data is deleted or a valid entitlement is no longer found. Google retains purchase records under its own policies and obligations.
  • Correspondence: for the time needed to resolve the matter. Where retention is necessary for a legal obligation or legitimate claims, for the applicable statutory period or until the relevant limitation period expires. Once the purpose ends, we delete or anonymise the data.
  • Google service data: under the relevant service's policies, settings and Google's obligations. Firebase's documentation states that Hosting retains IP data for a few months. We do not set a single common retention period for advertising data; information and controls are described in Google's data retention policy.

9. Security

Game saves are held in private app storage protected by Android's security mechanisms. We do not share them with other players. The website uses HTTPS, and Google states that advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We limit access to correspondence to handling requests and use email account safeguards. Protect your device with a screen lock and software updates as well.

10. Your rights

Where provided by law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent.

Email mobileappsfirst@gmail.com with the scope of your request and information needed to locate the matter. We do not require you to create an account or routinely send an identity document. If we cannot link data to you, we will explain the available options. We respond within the GDPR's deadlines, normally one month.

You may complain to the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or the competent supervisory authority in your country. Google's own privacy tools are also available for data for which Google is an independent controller.

11. Deleting data

Data on your device: open Android settings, select Drive Out! / Wyjedź!, open its storage section and clear app data. You can also uninstall the game. Menu names vary by device. This removes local progress and settings.

Correspondence and data processed by us: send a request to our email address. We will delete the data unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate claims; if so, we will explain the basis and scope.

Google services: manage ad consent in the available game settings and your advertising ID in Android. You can also use your Google Account privacy settings. Clearing game data does not automatically delete Google Play's records or refund a payment. When Premium is available, a valid entitlement can be restored through the relevant Google Play account.

The game does not offer account creation, so there is no separate game account to delete.

12. Website, cookies and minors

The website contains no ads, tracking pixels, analytics, external fonts or embedded videos. Its code does not store cookies or identifiers in browser storage. Language selection links to the appropriate page. Hosting still processes the technical request data described above. External links are subject to the visited service's policies.

The app does not ask players for their age or contact details. This does not disable technical processing by the advertising SDK. If a parent or guardian believes a child's data has been processed improperly in connection with the game, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Updates

We update this policy when features, services or legal requirements change. A new version is published at the same address with its update date. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we provide an appropriate message in the app. Descriptions of conditional features, such as Premium purchases, apply only when that feature is available in the version you use.
